Look Out ! Someone send you a email with unreadable attachment !
Outlook will encode attachment with TNEF format.
Other mail client usually not understand …..

If you use ThunderBird (a much much much better mail client then M$ Outlook), you can install LookOut (not outlook) Addon, https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/4433
